Kojic Acid Skin Lightener Cream

Our Kojic Acid Skin Lightener contains 4% Kojic Acid and 300,000 IU of pure Retinol Palmitate in a creamy, greaseless base enriched with Vitamin E.

What is Kojic Acid Skin Lightener Cream?

Kojic Acid was discovered in Japan in 1989. It is a natural product derived from a mushroom. It has been successfully used to lighten pigment spots and skin discoloration.

What does Kojic Acid Skin Lightener Cream do?

Kojic Acid prevents the production of melanin in the skin. It penetrates the upper skin layers so that it stops the formation of pigment. This allows the upper layer of skin to lighten and at the same time the deeper layers remain discolored.

Usually, the effect produced by kojic acid lasts as long as the product is being used. I.e. if you stop using Kojic Acid, the cell might regain its activity. If Kojic Acid is used regularly, you should see the improvements in a matter of 4-6 weeks. For some people this period can be longer or shorter, depending on their particular skin type.

Research indicates that Kojic Acid Skin Lightener Cream may help:

  • Lighten dark skin
  • Fade blemishes
  • Hide liver and age spots

Unlike other products used for similar purposes, Kojic Acid Skin Lightener Cream is not as harsh on the skin. Its antioxidizing properties, while being beneficial for the skin, help the product to preserve its effectiveness. Skin lightener is effective for any skin type or tone. Oily skin might take longer to show the dramatic results. Use twice a day on oily skin; on dry and sensitive - once a day at night. If your skin is oily, you may want to use one of the peels (Alpha Hydroxy Peel, or Glycolic peel) before the application of Skin Lightener - to exfoliate dead cells and remove oily residues.

Deionized Water, Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Mineral Oil, Propylene Glycol, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Beeswax, Kojic Acid, Retinol A, Vitamin E, Optiphen Plus (a paraben-free preservative)

Apply to face and hands daily to lighten and even skin tone.

Keep in mind, that even when you see an improvement, you need to avoid sun as a major factor of skin discoloration. Wear sunblock and try to cover exposed areas: use hats, long sleeves, pants and gloves.

As always, consult your physician before using this cream, especially if you have a medical or psychiatric condition, or are pregnant or lactating.
